The Oppo Reno 14 Pro 5G (CPH2739) sets a new benchmark in flagship smartphone photography with a triple rear camera setup, featuring three 50MP sensors. This includes a 50MP wide camera with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS), a 50MP telephoto camera offering 3.5x optical zoom and OIS, and a 50MP ultra-wide camera with autofocus. This marks a significant upgrade over its predecessor, the Reno 13 Pro, which only included an 8MP ultra-wide sensor. On the front, however, the Reno 14 Pro retains the same 50MP autofocus camera seen in the Reno 13 Pro, maintaining its excellence in high-quality selfies.

In terms of performance, the Reno 14 Pro brings a notable upgrade. While the Reno 13 Pro was powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8350 chipset, the new model comes equipped with the more advanced MediaTek Dimensity 8450 processor. Additionally, it introduces a dual-engine performance system combining MediaTek HyperEngine and AI HyperBoost 2.0 technologies. This powerful combo ensures faster frame rates, improved responsiveness, and an overall smoother gaming and multitasking experience. Interestingly, the Oppo Reno 14 base model also shares this dual-engine setup, enhancing performance across the lineup.

Battery life and charging capabilities also see a solid improvement in the Reno 14 Pro. While the previous generation offered a 5800mAh battery with 80W fast charging, the Reno 14 Pro upgrades to a larger 6200mAh battery. It supports 80W wired fast charging and introduces 50W wireless fast charging for added convenience. Alongside these hardware upgrades, Oppo continues to enhance the software experience with AI-powered features like AI Editor 2.0 and AI Live Photo, providing users with smarter tools for photo and video editing.
