The Vivo T4 Ultra 5G (Vivo V2504) arrives with several flagship-level upgrades, positioning itself as a strong contender in the premium smartphone market. Building upon the solid foundation of its predecessor, the Vivo T3 Ultra 5G, the T4 Ultra is powered by the newer and more powerful MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ chipset, replacing the Dimensity 9200+ in the T3 Ultra. This addition allows for 3x optical zoom and up to 100x digital zoom, vastly enhancing the device’s photography capabilities. The battery remains unchanged at a robust 5500mAh, but the charging speed has been upgraded from 80W to 90W, offering quicker top-ups. Furthermore, the T4 Ultra introduces new AI features that enhance user experience, suggesting a focus on smarter, more adaptive performance.

Disadvantages of Vivo T4 Ultra

Despite these impressive upgrades, the Vivo T4 Ultra does come with a few compromises. One of the notable downgrades is the device’s water and dust resistance rating—it has been reduced from the IP68 rating of the T3 Ultra to IP64, offering less protection against environmental factors. Additionally, selfie enthusiasts may be disappointed by the front camera downgrade; the T4 Ultra now houses a 32MP fixed-focus camera, a step down from the 50MP auto-focus front shooter in the previous model.
